Anime Glow is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to assist by providing tracking details or shipment documentation when needed.

Customs, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
