Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
To assist us, please include clear photos of the item and packaging when reporting the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
To receive a different item, please return the original product in accordance with our return policy. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To qualify:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

All original packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required
Items returned in a condition different from how they were received may not qualify for a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit (gift card) equal to the value of the returned item.
Please note:

A $17 return processing/shipping fee will be deducted from approved returns.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Additional fees may apply to returned sale items.
Returns are typically processed within 10 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
